I was very upset with the total lack of understanding when I contracted Quaglia construction. The owner was rude and very nasty when I asked questions. Basically treated me like a child and said that he was the professional and to stay away from the build site.
When the job was near completion I advised they had used the incorrect wood on the deck, I was told that it's almost the same and not to be so picky and it is what it is. I will never use this contractor again or refer him to anyone.
