This company swindled and cheated my elderly mother. The owner told her that her insurance company would reimburse her for the damage to her roof so she signed a contract with them and gave them a $5,000 deposit on the work. The next day she found out that her insurance company would probably not cover the work. She tried contacting the owner and left him a message and sent an email to cancel the contract within the permitted timeframe. She sent the company written notice at the only address listed online for this company (none was provided in the contract). The owner had already prematurely cashed her $5,000 check and REFUSED to refund her the deposit even though she canceled properly, the estimate was supposed to be “free” and no work was ever done. Swindlers!!
