We have used Dave for numerous projects at multiple properties. He is always very helpful in getting the job done and gives fair prices. He has been our go-to guy for renovations since its so hard finding quality contractors! He's done both HVAC work and some remodeling work for him. The only issue would be that sometimes he gets too busy with other jobs that he can not schedule us, which is better than over extending himself and doing bad jobs.
