I signed the proposal to get 3 bathrooms renovated, and then Mark was meant to submit the plan to my co-op (I provided him and his assistant the paperwork 4 times), and he never did. I thought it was just taking awhile and when I finally contacted him his excuse was the project was "out of sight out of mind." I asked for my deposit back, and after briefly trying to convince me to let him do the job, MONTHS later, he agreed to mail a check asap. That was over a year ago. I'm filing in small claims court today. So unprofessional.
