Quality First did a good professional job on our patio cover. We didn't get additional bids so they maybe higher than some but when you're adding a permanent item to your home you want things like a life time warranty, proper building permits, an an established contractor that will still be around for years to come. We paid $7300 and used a HELOC so I add the interest to my tax deductings annually until it's paid for.

My experience with the quality of their work is exceptional. I had a patio cover installed, new triple pane windows, a new front door, and cool wall which is a kind of paint that keeps the heat out and never needs re-painting. I had extensive work done and I am very pleased with the outcome.

I would never use Quality First again.. although the works was great quality, because the guys who do the actual construction are top notch, but learned later that Quality First really inflates there cost for what you get.

âQuality First talks a big talk, but I do not trust them. I actually felt scammed. They wouldnt write down more specifically what your getting for your money. Some things were not the best quality, and I had to push to get some of that quality. I paid over $20,000 for each of my remodeled bathrooms. In the end, im very happy, but i would never refer anyone to them. The sales people (Tami) are dishonest.
