Arturo installed our HVAC almost 1 year ago back in May 2021, he worked as a subcontractor from Sears. As part of his job he was supposed to get a permit from the town, the cost of the permit was included with the job. As of this moment, the permit is sitting in the town with Arturo's company info on it... Arturo tells us it is not his responsibility, Sears says it is not them either. I consider he didn't complete the job.
