These people are awful. I paid them nearly $20,000 to do the plumbing in a new build. Their measurements were off, so things had to be redone. They cut holes in ceilings without sealing them. I paid them EXTRA, to come back and seal them. They leaked with the first big rain storm, and ruined a foam insulated wall that had to be re-insulated and sheet rocked. I asked them to repair it, and the tech they sent was incredibly rude, telling me I needed to hire a roofer. I didn't ask them to pay for the damage that was done, just to fix the leak, and they acted like I was being a pain in the ass. They installed an on demand hot water heater as well, and they couldn't get it to work for 3 weeks. They finally had to call the manufacturer to tell them what to do to fix the problem. The did my job overall, by sending guys for a half a day here, and a half a day there...and I'd go weeks without seeing them at all. They caused all sorts of delays...just bad from every angle. Charla in the office was nice, but that was about my only positive experience with them.
