Not sure about all the bad reviews but I had a great experience with this man and Company. They where somewhat slow but the quality of there work was phenomenal and that is what I would rather have over fast and my house fall apart later. Anyway I guess we can't all be pleased, BUT I am in love with my new Kitchen and Deck rebuild. This man is also very knowledeable in this line of work. I would Hire them again. Thanks

We hire this company to do work on a shed. Read the reviews. All what has been previously stated is absolutely true. Paid money, did not show up after many promises, work never completed. Please do not let this happen to you. Research his name and company as he uses quite a few different names and you will find the same reviews over and over.

I want to start out saying that this guy is the second one I hired to do my job-the first guy had taken my money-subbed it out to novices who did a tiny portion of the job -then left and never came back. I put an inquiry on Nextdoor asking for recommendations and was contacted by this business. I had them come do an estimate. I was skeptical from the phone conversation, but they showed up in a truck that had large ladders and pump jacks, so I felt a little better. They walked around the house and sounded somewhat knowledgable, but I was hesitant still. I had them come twice and spent time talking to them about my experience with previous guy, and I had read some reviews on him that were negative, but he explained them away. I felt sorry for them and I felt the sons were sincere in what they were saying. After the second meeting, he kept pressuring me by calling numerous times a day. He will tell you how badly they want to work all the time including Saturdays-so I began to feel like he really wanted to do this job. He and I signed the contract that I had drawn up and I gave the deposit-then the nightmare began. He started constantly asking for money to either buy supplies that should have come out of the deposit money. Or he constantly asks for draws against the remainder of the contracted amount that he is not supposed to get until the job is done. Once you put a stop to these handouts to try to hold on to some of your leverage to ensure the job gets done, he will go on to another target and not come back. Bottom line: He did not finish one job that he was hired to do-he has left my house in shambles, left huge trash piles that I had to clean up-under the trash piles were food and drink bottles. Pure filthiness and will attract pests-I had to call out a specialist. He had promised (and it was in the contract) to keep the work area clean and picked up each night before they left. He took money to buy materials that were never delivered. Finally last, but not least, the behavior is an issue as well. He stays on the phone with his wife most of the time when he is supposed to be working or she comes and sits at the worksite with him-which is a distraction-he has one guy who has some skills and does the bulk of the work. The others mostly sit around watching the one work, while the owner yells at everyone all day. He says very inappropriate things. I had to apologize to my neighbors for the things that they could hear. They had one guy who would blast music and scream to it. I would be on the phone with clients-so this was a problem. They would never get to the job site until after 10, leave for lunch an hour or so later, then not come back until late in the afternoon or not at all. The contract was to get the job done in a month-they got very little done but a good amount of my money. I would say that they maybe had 4-5 days where they actually showed up to my house and I never heard them mention working on a Saturday throughout the contracted time again.
Don't get fooled and make the same mistake that I have now made twice. Its a shame I can't give him a -100 rating. -

Hired them to rescreen my porch and install new storm doors. They came out and began the project but told me my doors would have to be special ordered due to the size. Thats when the problems began. Told me it would take a couple days for doors to come in and they haven't been back since. I reached out to them several times only to get fed lies and be given dates they would be back to finish only for that date to come and go without any communication from them. Finally told them I want a refund or I would file a lawsuit and they quit communicating altogether. So now I have to file a lawsuit to get this resolved and I'm left here with a mess. Screens aren't finished and the trim they pulled off my house is still piled up on my back deck. These people are scammers, will take your money and do terrible business

By Catherine B.May 10, 2022Considered for Porch Work
He never bought the materials I gave him money for and only showed up to work for 4 hours in 11 days and now he thinks he can keep the money . Best put, he is a thief. Unfortunately, I am not the only one he has stolen from. I am left without a front porch and no stairs to my back porch. STAY AWAY from them.
Response from Quality Remodeling LLC May 31, 2022This is a total lie. I have recorded who has worked and how long. These homeowners would tell us we could not show cause they had to go to the dr that we could come when they got home. And we definitely worked more than 4 hours. And we have tried finishing this homeowner said no and we have discussed the remaining. We decided on bring him the materials that had already been purchased and now he is even changing his mind on that now he want the money so we are trying to get a refund to get the money to him. No one has stolen anything. We have many text between the both of us. To prove no one has ran off with anything. Thank you have a blessed day.

Hired for deck, front porch, siding, and door work. Work that was started was done well. Unfortunately, I trusted him to complete the work and paid him in full, after he said he was in desperate need financially. Delays and excuses began along with my calls being ignored. My deck and front porch were never stained, my back door frame was never installed, and my front door with side lights was never delivered and installed. I was told the night of meeting him that his father taught him to be truthful, honest, and on time. He has failed in all three areas. Avoid hiring at all cost!
