  ERIC IS A CON-ARTIST. He's super nice in the beginning. Takes your money, then disappears. We gave him $3,700 to brick face our house and he never showed up for the job. We are now suing him. I won't stop until he's in jail.

  I contacted this business on approximately the week of 10/27/13 in regards to a coupon promotion i received for a gutter cleaning. We scheduled an appointment day and time for 11/8/13 between the hours of 9-2. When 2PM arrived and workers still have not arrived i contacted business and the receptionist stated they would be another hour or so. At 4PM when workers STILL haven't arrived i contacted them again and the receptionist stated the workers truck had broken down so I rescheduled for Monday 11/11/13 for a time from of 3-5PM. On that Monday I called the business again because no one had come to do the service and the receptionist stated she "forgot to put me in the book", so I compliantly rescheduled AGAIN for 11/13/13 for the hours of 10-12 in the afternoon. I called to confirm the appointment for that day and the receptionist stated they would not make it today due to delay in schedule so i then rescheduled again for the 11/15/13, Friday, for the hours of 10-12 in the afternoon again. When 12 noon came along i called the business again and the receptionist stated the worker would be much later than 12noon, my scheduled appointment time. I had expressed my disappointment and stated that i had taken off of work all of these days and had lost much money due to their lack in service. After all the work time i had sacrificed due to their negligence i stated i could not wait any longer. The receptionist did not seem to care or do anything to offer me some sort of compensation due to there un professionalism. Horrible business and horrible customer service. Everytime i had an appointment they came up with some excuse as to why they couldn't do the job, something as simple as a gutter cleaning. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

  Avoid this company. Not an honest business entity. I wish I saw the previous review first. I called and signed a contract for repairing my roof. When the day they came to repair, the workers ripped off shingles in various areas. Then, they called their boss to give me another estimate. Guess what! That is more than 3x than origional contract price. With the damages over the roof and storm season coming, they pushed me to sign another contract to repair.

  Let the Buyer Beware!
  I received a "supercoups" package in the mail. Quality construction & roofing, llc of 116 Newark Pompton Tpk, Little Falls, NJ 07424 had a coupon in the package. One of the offers on the coupon stated "Gutter Cleaning SPECIAL; Only $25 - $60." From this statement, one would assume that the maximum price of this "SPECIAL" is $60.00. Not so.
  I was at work on the day the technicians arrived to clean the gutters on my 48 foot, high-ranch dwelling. I left the coupon with my wife. When the technicians arrived, she was told that the price is $120.00. The coupon meant $60 and up, even though it clearly stated "$25 - $60!" As it is almost December, my gutters are stuffed from hurricane Sandy, and I would have to wait several weeks to get another company, I told her to have the work done, and I would call the company. When I called, the very nice receptionist told me that she could do nothing. Pricing is at the discretion of the technician. I am not saying that the job was bad, or that the people were rude -- just that this seems to be a bait-and-switch operation that should be avoided.
