I was in escrow to purchase a house which needed work on its clay tile roof. I talked to Anthony Savidge who told me that he did work on tile roofs so arranged for him to show up to provide an estimate which was not an easy task as the sellers were still in the house so I had to arrange for the meeting with my real estate agent. I was about 5 min from arriving to the house when I got a frantic call from Anthony Savidge who said he was at the site and he could not work on this type of roof and he was leaving. When I got there, Anthony had already left and the seller's agent said that someone had showed up screaming that he can't work on clay tile roofs. The seller's agent told him that he was the seller's agent and he needed to talk to me. The seller's agent said that it was one of the most unprofessional experiences that he had ever had as an agent. I would never recommend these people. Since the sellers are still living there, I can't continue to ask them to leave so now I will have to wait another 45 days when I am living there to get someone to come out again. He wasted everyone's time. I was very clear to him what type of roof I had, and it is visible from Google maps and from a drive-by. Do not use this guy for anything. I was completely embarrassed. Total waste of time.

I used this company to paint a white, sealant on my double mobile roof. They cleaned off the roof, cut overhanging limbs and then applied the material. The workers were on time, worked constantly and were very nice. They even did my shed. I would hire them again.
