Our experience was excellent, absolutely superior service with Ken Winn. He was so very conscientious about making sure our stove and fireplace blower was safe and in good order. He spent a good deal of time cleaning and vacuuming our stove, which we appreciated so much. He was pleasant and a very nice young man. You are very lucky to have Ken Winn representing Quality Stoves.

Was very disappointed. Very unprofessional when they were in my home, electrical wasn't permitted, didn't pass inspection, use wiring which was exposed and spliced down the side exposing wiring inside, major fire hazard. They did $4000 damage to wall where stove was, had to have it resheet rocked by another company because they refused to come out and fix all the damage they did. They attempted to cover up the holes, but due to the wind coming in they were discovered. Refused to cover any of the cost for the repairs needed to make house safe to be in again. Had to have another company finish the job due to incompetence and cutting corners they did. Don't recommend at all.
