Rude and completely disagrees with anything you want done on your project. His son was the tile setter and was very amateur in his work ethic.

Terrible tile company. Owner Bob (Robert) is arrogant and very rude. Complete hack job for a tile setter let alone the owner, his son Nolan is ignorant when it comes to setting tile. Threw a temper tantrum while working at my house and literally threw his knee pads and walked off the job all while cursing at his father Bob. Ridiculous and very amateur tile guys almost as if they did not know what they were doing when it came to setting tile. They order 20% more material than needed (on my dime) and then snuck the extra boxes into his sons truck when they thought I was gone to work, security cameras were on and caught you taking the boxes of tile. Avoid these guys at all cost or it will cost you more in the end, and you'll have the joy of dealing with these 2 clowns.
