Quality Tops Roofing replaced the roofs on two house that I own in 2016. Bruce Sabine, one of the owners, did the estimate on my houses. He reviewed the estimate from the insurance company and advised me that he saw more damage. He contacted the insurance adjuster at the insurance company with a revision for the work to be done. I received an additional payment of $1,000.00 on one house and $1300.00 on the other.
The roofing material was staged one day prior to the work being done. The roofers arrived the day scheduled for the roofs to be replaced and completed the project in one day. A supervisor was on site most of the day. He had to obtain additional material for repairs after the roof was remove. The crew provided tarps to cover plants around the house and to catch nails and material from the tear off. I received a follow up visit from Mr.Sabine after the roofs were replaced and again after two rain storms, to check for leaks. I would highly recommend Quality Tops Roofing to any one in need of a new roof.
