Back in June I called him to get a pallet of Bermuda sod - I ask them to deliver same day and leave it by my door of the back gate. While I was out getting the cash with my friend I get a call stating that it’s been delivered. Keep in mind again, I was not home. When I get home I see this. We are the first house to the neighborhood and it looks super tacky and unprofessional that any coming would just throw grass on someone front yard when no one was even home to 1. Accept the delivery and 2. Allow this to be even be dumped. I was very specific with the guy and told him I needed it by the gate so we didn’t have to carry it with the heat.
When I called the guy and asked him what happened he was very rude and basically said I was SOL so Zach told me to tell him that we didn’t want it bc it was all dried up and that he needed to pick up his product. The guy refused. I ended up calling wagoner county and they advised that we need to give him 24 hours to pick it up because the service we asked for was not met and we could get rid of it if he doesn’t come get it. The email was sent and nothing was picked up.
Three months later here we are - we are paying it to get it over with. He was very rude and I told him today that if he was the customer and he received what we got that he would of not been happy. His response was “I don’t really care what our customers think” and that “he didn’t make us choose him for business”?!
Anywho don’t trust this company! Someone else wrote a review basically about the same thing and his response on fb was awful!
