Quaresma drywall did my entire rental house and their work was fine except they did not put moisture resistant drywall in the bathroom. When I got to the house the work was done. I was shocked to see the bathroom with the same white board as the rest of the house. I couldn’t imagine why they would’ve done that. Who doesn’t put weatherproof board in the bathroom? In my opinion it was a cost decision figuring I wasn’t aware of the proper board to use in a bathroom, or they just tried to get the bid in at a lower cost for competition sake. Either way, totally unacceptable and I’m paying for it now some years later. I should have had them rip it out and replace it right then, and there,, which was my mistake. Customers need to be given choices because in most cases customers don’t understand their choices.
