This company was contracted to investigate leak coming from the upstairs master bath. They couldn't come out to the house for a scheduled appointment for 4 business days from the time of my call and then didn't show up. A repairman came out the next day and proceeded to cut a hole in the foyer ceiling and state, " I cannot find a leak and you'll have to call someone else to repair the ceiling". He did not attempt to trace where the leak was coming from and said, "If you see if leak again, I'll come back out." This company is unreliable and unprofessional and has not returned my calls in reference to the damage they did to my home.

I was referred to Pronto through my home warranty to fix a stopped up shower drain.. After paying their initial consultation fee and letting the guys in, they had to contact their supervisor and left. After several calls they came back to snake the drain which they worked on for a couple hours and then came down to tell me they had to leave and talk to the supervisor again about the problem. After a couple more calls 2 techs came out and said a pipe had to be replaced and gave me a quote on the price. The following week they came back to replace the pipe and then left again a few minutes later saying that there was more to it than what they quoted and would be in touch. I called over and over to finally get the owner and he promised they would fix it the next day. After a month of run around, I have called another company. Not only did they not do the job, the techs left a nasty mess in my bathroom and I may have to replace my tub because of it. Be forewarned, these guys are not professional and you will be lucky if they even show up.
