Upon purchasing our new home, we wanted to improve the backyard and modify the side yard wall to accommodate a wider gate. Mr. Dallas from Queen Creek Pavers and Landscape LLC assessed the project, considering our gate dimensions, and provided a quote.
About eight months after project completion, we noticed structural issues with a wall pillar, which had become unstable. We contacted Mr. Dallas multiple times over a month without receiving a response, all the while the pillar continued to deteriorate due to monsoon storms.
Upon finally receiving a response, an appointment for repair was scheduled. However, on the night before the scheduled repair date, an received from Mr. Jeffery, asserting that the pillar in question did not fall within the scope of the warranty due to the specific gate size that had been installed.
It is important to emphasize that Mr. Dallas possessed knowledge of the gate size during the project's initial assessment and upon completion. Subsequently, a phone call from Mr. Dallas promptly followed, rescinding the previous email and affirming that the wall did indeed fall within the warranty coverage. He assured us that the necessary repairs would be executed promptly, with the intention of addressing the matter the following day, which was Friday.
However, Friday arrived, and no personnel from Queen Creek Pavers and Landscape appeared on-site to address the issue. Since that day, I have made persistent attempts to communicate with both Mr. Dallas and Mr. Jeffery, seeking clarification as to why a courtesy call was not extended to notify us of the delay and why the promised resolution did not transpire, despite the earlier assurances.
Despite numerous attempts, communication with Mr. Dallas and Mr. Jeffery yielded no answers as of today. Completely ghosted us again. This situation has caused frustration, especially with children and a pet relying on our backyard. The review option is not available on their Facebook page, and I know they are local to Queen Creek, so I wanted to warn people.
