I am a GC who specializes in ADU's and Room additions, and I use Queen Roofing all the time no matter where is the project.
Sem the owner always available when I need him, his guys are really nice and efficient and always on time, the quality of the work is one of the best I've seen in the industry, and I've worked with a lot of roofing contractors, price wise they are not the cheapest but it's worth the money with the quality of work.

Highly recommend Queen Roofing, especially the owner, Sem.
When issues came up with my roof project, Sem personally came to my home, took full responsibility, and committed to making things right. Over the following month, he addressed every concern and kept me consistently informed. That kind of accountability is rare in construction.
I spent several hours with Sem during this process and found him to be diligent, straightforward, and genuinely committed to his work. He was generous with his time, explaining details when I didn't understand them, and even met me when the inspector visited -- something he didn't need to do personally. In an industry where customers are too often misled or even gaslighted, Sem stood out because he told me the truth, even when it reflected on his own job site. That honesty built my trust.
Roofing projects are complicated, but what impressed me most was the integrity and responsiveness I experienced. If you're looking for a roofer who stands behind his work and treats customers with honesty and respect, I strongly recommend Queen Roofing and Sem.
P.S. I'm in the middle of a total home renovation. In case it's helpful, I've had three other *standout* experiences during this ordeal:
First, the project would be impossible without Design with Haven (https://www.designwithhaven.com/); John and his team bridge the gap between client and contractor.
Second, the house had a serious foundation problem due to water intrusion. I talked to a lot of foundation firms. Two of the best in the South Bay are Dalinghaus and Sunshine. I reviewed my foundation repair experience at https://www.yelp.com/biz/sunshine-foundation-repairs-northridge?hrid=eUMLhCsIpxQslW4dHtQeeA
Third, Ev Gallardo at Cert-a-Roof (https://www.certaroof.com/) is the best roof inspector in the business. Frankly, my city inspections (RPV) have been mediocre; passing a city inspection may not guarantee the job is good. If you have questions about the roof, and you need the final answer, this is the place to go.
