    My experience working with Quel, was trustworthy. I felt I didn’t have to worry, about the job getting down. He knew exactly the issue. The price wasn’t overbearing.

    Brand new ac installed 2017. Deceptive and unprofessional business. Installed incorrectly and it's already broken. I hired quail in 2017 and he did a few jobs for me and I trusted in this individual. He came to my house and sold me a new ac and within a year I found out it was not installed properly and he stated to my son it was a rushed job. I paid him for a new unit and it came with a ten year warranty for parts and A 5 year on labor from him. I called him numerous times to have him look at it and he sent a tech out that damaged it more by cleaning it with a microfiber and impacting the coils and leaving valves loose. He was rude to me and tried to blame the situation on me. I currently have no ac I am on permanent disability and fixed income. He took advantage of me and took my money and did a bad install job. Freon is leaking into the house and he didn't seal it or pull a permit for the job. I had other licensed ac people come out to explain that he did a bad job and ripped me off not doing as promised. No dryer filter ac handler isn't sealed and it is leaking from air handler I also paid him for duct work he never completed

    Outstanding service,prompt,honest,and reasonable.I have had my air
    unit service by other contractors in the past but QPACS was superb. When it comes to quality and great service there is no comparison. It gave me as a customer a piece of mind to finally find a company that is trustworthy.
