Quick Ac Solutions

These people are THE WORST. Avoid at all costs. They installed a brand new AC at my elderly mom's house and it has broken down 3, 4, 5 times in 4-5 months? I can't even remember now it's been so many. Each time it is an incompetent workman who says things like "I think the last guy put in a used capacitor...maybe that' why it stopped again." So, they are possibly putting in used parts(?) according to their workmen.
Then one of the workmen wants to take a shortcut and not remove the entire top assembly (like he should have), but instead just pull out the fan. End result? Massive gouge on top of the unit (metal showing through the paint/powdercoat). This is near the ocean so the rust should begin shortly.
And all the while my 82 y/o mom has no AC for days (in July/August/September) because this troupe of monkeys masquerading as an AC company can't fix the root cause of their incompetence.

I would not recommend this company they installed a new AC system for HWA insurance company and did not install correctly, unable to use the air filter at all as was installed to low to have space for a filter. they did not want to come back and fix the problem. We have a complaint being filed with the DBPR against there licenses for this service.

My experience with this service was suboptimal so be warned. I had this company come in twice through my warranty company for a leakage condition. The first time the technician came in was barely conversational and was in and out so quick and informed me the problem had been solved. I was like wow they live up to there name . Couple of days later same problem they sent a second technician who initially seemed to have better knowledge and proceeded to cleansed the drained system showing me that their was a clogging causing the leakage. Couple of days later same problem I called them at which time they claimed they would not come back out because the problem is not covered under the insurance. You would think they would have inform me of this on the first and or second visit at which time their was no mention of any simultaneous problem. They neither provided an invoice for the work done. I would be real careful of anyone trying to save a couple of dollars for non-resolution because the only solution they have is to collect the money for service and have no apparent warrant to their service.

This contractor came to my house to diagnose my A/C the technician's they sent knew nothing on how to trouble shoot. They came with no tools, except a pressure tester a knife, spin tight and a map tested and didn't know how to use it. They said I needed a new compressor. I did not believe the compressor was bad they did no tests to determine that. I call another A/C contractor and he diagnosed the problem was the control board, he replaced the board and the A/C unit in working properly. Quick A/C solutions would have replace a perfectly good compressor that did not need replacing.

Excellent services and affordable prices. They are one of the best contractors I ever met.
