He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, polite and respectful. The job was done perfectly; no leaks and no mess. Ricardo obviously takes pride in what he does. He totally understands the concept of exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. Ricardo is the best and my mom is so happy that the job was done so well.
