You don't find trades types like this anymore. Joe genuinely invests in and takes pride in quality work. He communicates well and cares about the experience as a whole. He sincerely wanted me to be happy with the work and the deal well after he was gone. I wish he provided other services - I could use a few more of him working on my house. They say "good help is hard to find." I lucked out with this guy. I doubt his company appreciates how good he makes them look.
