Used this company on our new home and would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
Very poor communications, would not show up when he said they would, then would not respond to texts or calls for weeks.
Had to call our building consultant to contact Felix to have him call me back. Then he finally did, only to tell me what he was going to do and not follow up.
Their workers did not properly install some plumbing fixtures, so I had to get someone else correct their work, they damaged a porcelain sink while installing the drain, when I contacted them and sent them a picture I was told the sink was bad to get a new one and have the countertops removed to have the sink replaced. What a joke, I am looking for someone to repair the sink . They damaged our concrete floor in an area to the point that the floor could not be stained properly.
Installed 2 toilets that were not centered in their areas, after complaining they came back and corrected them, but had to chisel away concrete to fix one of them so the concrete floor could not be stained correctly.
We agreed on a financial settlement back in November and of course Felix will not live up to his end of the agreement. Only said the check is in the mail.
If you deal with Felix and Quickwater plumbing, good luck to you! You will need it.
