We had a good experience with Brian at first, but when we began having problems and needed him to honor the warranty, he just didn't return our calls.

Brian built our pool in 2015. The construction was quick and he responded to questions quickly. Once done, that changed. Our skimmers were NOT DONE CORRECTLY and failed within the first year. Dealing with him was extremely difficult as he would not respond back quickly if AT ALL. It's been 8 years and we have had CONTINUING PROBLEMS with the skimmers and the wall/beam of the pool. DO NOT DEAL with him! He only gets one star due to me not being able to give him none! He is a crook and does not honor his warranty!
