    Mark is professional and does excellent work. He has done many projects for us including rebuilding and staining a beautiful deck, he replaced the cedar siding on the house and replaced a water damaged ceiling in a bedroom. Those are the most recent projects he has done for us. I highly recommend him.

    I hired Mark Quinlan to disconnect two normal outside circuits and then to figure out and correct the rest of the electrical configuration in the backyard with a pool filter, a pool light and an useless outdoor outlet. Things did not turn on and off as I thought they should and before I did additional landscaping and digging in the backyard I wanted to know that everything was safe and sound.

    Mark did a great job. Mark methodically tested and checked out the existing circuits and then installed proper grounded GFCI circuits and brought everything up to current code and now I am confident that everything is safe for my grandkids. I plan on bringing Mark back for additional electric work and some remodeling work in the basement. I highly recommend Mark Quinlan.

    Mark has done several projects for me over the last 7 years (electrical, plumbing, tilework, new deck). He's always been honest, dependable, on time, and completed excellent work. From small jobs to larger remodeling projects I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone needing a home project completed.

    Bathroom remodel

    Mark just finished remodeling my hall bath. He'd earlier done some smaller jobs for me and his work ethic and attention to detail let me know that he was who I wanted for my bath remodel. His philosophy is: "There's no such thing as a problem, only solutions". He didn't disappoint, I love my new bath and he did things I hadn't even thought of such as being sure to change out the door hinges to match the new doorknob. He took great care to not disturb the rest of my home and even vacuumed each day before he left. I will be calling him next year for the second bath.

    I have used Mark on four occasions (installing fans, re-doing a bathroom, updating my basement, and installing recessed lights) and everytime, he has done an excellent job. Arrives on time, focuses on completing the task, keeps you informed and cleans up after the job is complete. Highly recommended. Larry Ley
