My Emergency: With this week's everyday rain our house developed 2 rain leaks. I asked my neighbor for a roofing company suggestion and she suggested Quinn Bro. Roofing. I looked on Nextdoor, Quinn had great reviews!! I called and Gina said they are really busy but since Jake was in the area Gina sent a message to Jake. Jake called me and said he could come over to inspect and evaluate at 4:30pm. Jake arrived on time, looked at the 2 leaks, climbed the attic, took measurements, and proceeded to climb the roof. Yes, at 4:30pm with rain, cold, wet roof, and coming darkness, Jake worked from 4:30pm to 7:00pm. Most of his work was on the roof with a flashlight, rain gear, and equipment. Jake said he had to finish tonight for he couldn't return in the morning!! AND...Jake said he had to fix the leaks for me!! Jake worked above and beyond to help me!! 'This morning no leaks!!" "Jake and Gina, are Quinn Bro. Roofing, a Great Team, Professional, Caring, and I would recommend them highly, and I am using them for future work!!" PS: Jake had great descriptions, photos, what's needed, very reasonable costs, and several options. Plus Jake is very personable and person one can like!!

Jake did an incredible job repairing and performing some maintenance work on my roof for a very reasonable price. He was honest and didn’t try and sell me anything extra. He came when scheduled and completed on time. His work is impeccable!

Needed to re-roof our shed after deciding it was worth keeping, but had probably not been re-roofed since it was built along with the house in 1972. Additionally, we also needed roof repairs on two areas of the house which had some leakage through the concrete tiles.

Jake with Quinn Bro's Roofing was super responsive from the very first call asking if he'd come out and give an estimate. He gave detailed estimates for both projects and walked us through his recommended approach. Before the project even started he investigated matching tiles and brought samples for us to review.

His work on both projects was started and completed exactly to the schedule he outlined and throughout the process he photographically documented. After the work was done he walked us through the photos so we understood what work was done and the conditions that were encountered.

I unequivocally recommend Quinn Bro's Roofing and would turn to Jake again.

We had a problematic lifetime tile roof. The original company who installed it was out of business and they don’t sell those tiles anymore. We didn’t have the $$ to replace the roof. Jake not only found replacement tiles online, he did an excellent job on the repairs. He is super professional and an all-around great guy. My German Shepherd even loved him and she’s not a fan of strange men in her yard! ? I highly recommend Quinn Bros!

We had a need for extensive repairs on two separate homes and Jake did an extraordinary job. He explained clearly the issue, the process & approach for the repairs, showed up when he said he would, cleaned up each day when he was finished and I would not hesitate to use him again. I had Jake do much needed maintenance and repairs on my roof and my daughter’s. What was really refreshing in this day of upselling and unneeded repairs, was Jake’s no-nonsense estimates and work ethic. Additionally, he was on time and communicated clearly and with pictures exactly what he found and repaired. Months later, I thought I noticed possible water damage on a Saturday morning from the previous week’s storms. I left a message on their business line although I had Jake’s mobile number and didn’t expect a call until Monday, but within 30 minutes or so Jake called and said weather was coming in and he would sleep better if he could come that day and take a look. No questions asked he was here within a couple of hours and inspected the attic for moisture and inspected the roof. He spent a good deal of time and put in a lot of effort into finding a problem at no charge. I highly recommend Jake and truly believe he extended the life of my tile roof by many years.

Quinn Bro’s roofing came out today, with short notice, to fix a leak we found in our tile roof. With everything going on with the pandemic, we were very concerned about getting a huge bill and needing a lot of work done. The weather forecast is showing rain again this week, so it was important to have our issue addressed quickly. Quinn Bro’s were on time, incredibly professional, and informative. He was very fair in pricing already, but stepped it up a notch and provided us with even better service at a cost substantially lower than I was anticipating (or dreading, really). We were provided before and after photos showing what the issue was and how it was fixed. The customer service was just top notch. I will promote this company all day, every day. I couldn’t be happier and will be telling all my friends. Thank you, Quinn Bro’s! We need more small business owners like you!

He did excellent work on a small repair in Sun City. Efficient, punctual, honest, and very friendly. Five stars all the way. Will definitely use Quinn Bro's when future roofing work is needed!

We used Quinn bros. Roofing in November of 2017, it finally rained in early January and we have a dry patio area now! I would highly recommend Quinn bros.
