John Quinn was not only disorganized and months behind schedule; he was disrespectful to my house, my neighborhood and my family. He left an overflowing dumpster sit in my yard for over a month. He would not answer his phone, he abandoned the jobsite for 57 days (which I will be reporting to the dpor), and he did not use any lead safe practices knowing that a toddler was living in the house (which will be reported to the epa). He is not only an incompetent general contractor; he is negligent.
