Beware of these guys. They had sent out a noticed that if you don’t pay in 15 days you get charged $20.00 late fee, which is understandable. I had asked him if he gives discounts if you pay early. He said “respectfully if you don’t like the way our billing is set up we can go our separate way.” He did not even discuss the question I had asked
I had always paid on time as soon as I received the bill. The notice also stated “provides monthly service.” Last year he waited till the end of the season to send the bill out for payment that you had to pay one lump sum.
I texted him to let him know how he had damage the lawn from the lawn mower that left bare ground skid marks from fall cleanup. I made a comment maybe I should charge for the damage. He said he was not informed, but he had text back in November to let me know he was not able to finish the fall cutting cause the ground was wet which was leaving skid marks tearing up the lawn. He did come and put seeds down to fix the bare lawn in the spring. Most of the seeds never did spout.
I had texted him to let him know that the grass is overgrowing. I had asked him when he plans on coming. I had texted again to tell him how the guys had burnt a hole in my new tarp for my swing glider when they did the spring cleanup with the blower.
He had text me back saying he was not planning on coming WE agreed to go our separate ways. He made his mind up back in April 6, 2024 at that point that we go our separate ways back in . I did not know that till I had text him about how the grass is overgrown. I thought he was giving me the decision to make. Apparently not, instead he made it for us.
Never said I was going to find someone else. I am thinking back in March that he was coming to start the lawn service in May.
I never agreed! I had asked him prove it where I said “I agree.” He was not able to. Guess he did not like it when I asked the question about billing and told him how he damaged the lawn that he already knew about. Seems you cannot say anything to this guy or point out the damage they did. So I am supposed to absorb the damage he did to my property.
I did not mention to him how they destroyed my ponies that were coming up when they did the spring cleanup.
Last year I just had put down new mulch, they were careless and the grass cutting went into the mulch.
He raised his prices, I was waiting on him to raising his fuel price also.
Maybe this guy did me a favor. Who know what else he might destroy.
People telling me to bring him to court for the damages he did.
I would have never written this but I did not like how he lied. I never agreed to anything!
