Another Typical Florida Contractor....does not do what they say they will, won't include details on their quotes, and quality is poor. Our Hinges were to be stainless steel, they called them out as BB and installed hinges that rusted in 3 months. They said they installed the wrong ones, replaced some and then said their management said to do no more. They installed doors with blow open protection installed to interfere with them closing and won't correct, door sills are cut 1/4 inch short per side and therefore do not stop water which is why they were specified. After all of that, they will not fix issues on a job replacing 48 steel doors and frames (ie., a big job, lots of margin to make it right)
