Poor workmanship, poor work ethic, dishonest. I would not hire this company again or recommend to anyone. They did not start when they said they would, did not buy any materials for my building, and would not return my down payment although he agreed to do so several times. I only hope I can make other people reconsider before hiring Joe Ross, dba R and R Roofing and Construction.
