    Richard Mulvaney is the General contractor who owns R&S construction. He was a very nice man but he let someone who I thought was a "friend" work on my major remodeling project under his contractors license. I worked with the subcontractors spouse and I believed he would do a good job. I had a new kitchen put in, remodeling of guest bathroom, moved Air handler out of laundry room to the garage and installation of a large pantry and enlargement of my Florida room and tile put throughout the main room and hallway and laundry room. Claimed he could do everything for under $80,000. Ended up going over budget by $40,000. I had to dip into my life savings. I was not aware he wasn't putting in full days of work and when he should have taken a break while we waited for my kitchen cabinets(I was without my kitchen for two months because I found out this guy wanted my cabinets for his own personal home rehab project) he continued to work on what I was not sure. Project started June 3rd 2015 and was finally completed November 16, 2015. This subcontractors name was Glenn Baum and I could NEVER in good conscience recommend him to ANYONE. He milked my life savings out of me. It was a nightmare. I ended up firing Glenn Baum and his unofficial partner was able to finish my project. I could definitely recommend this subcontractor Vince Peterson if he is available. Great attention to detail and experience as a former project manager for Pulti Homes. So, if R&S construction is still allowing this idiot Glenn Baum to work under his license , I would RUN not walk away from this company.
