Beware of this company's yearly plan if you pay up front you and you aren't satisfied they aren't willing to refund a prorated amount of the unused portion of the remaining balance. Their technicians left trash in the attic area from a repair of a pressure switch for the unit and a make shift siphon hose was blocking the drain on the AC unit causing the pan to fill up with water, mind you the technician that serviced the summer portion of the bi-annual service agreement quoted me for pan switches. Had I not changed my own filters regularly I would've needed by force these switches because the system overflowed. I'll take my chances with Morris Jenkins or some other local HVAC Specialist
