Permits

Installation was incomplete do to shortage of materials delivered. Installer promised that early the following morning (Friday 8/20/21) it would be completed. No one showed up or contacted me.
I made 9 calls to R&B through out the day (Fri) trying to get information on when the job was going to be completed. One of the calls guaranteed it would be done Sat. (8/21/21), after trying to get a time the person was to show up, the day was changed to Monday morning (8/23/21) with still no time set.
All that I have received from R&B is a continual run-a-round!
I have paid R&B in full because I had believed that I was dealing with a company that had a honest reputation and was trustworthy , I was wrong.
If not completed by 8/23/21 A.M. I'll hire a other company to finish the job (including screw problems) at R&B expense. Bill will be submitted along with any legal fees necessary.
