By Robert H.April 20, 2022Fix the drain leading from the house to the streetResponse from R&B Sewer & Drains May 12, 2022Mr. Hawley hired us to come to his residence to install remove/replace faucet’s. While we were there he asked if we could look at his downspout issues he was having on the left side of his house. Recommend running out camera threw the pipe so we could get a visual of any problems & locate pipe/issues if needed. After giving the approval for the “Camera” We found multiple issues from front corner out too the street. We gave him a quote to make the repairs. After scheduling issues and speaking with Mr. Hawley and informing him we could not take job due to being booked he was more then welcome to call another company. That’s when requested his $150 back for the camera service we provided. This $150.00 camera charge was a “service” to find his issues not to correct the issue. A “Quote” was given to fix the issues and no deposit was taken and no contract was signed. Our time and equipment are not free. And we feel by finding his issues that service was completed.

Very honest group of folks. Had a large scale plumbing company come out and turned into a nightmare. Called R &B out for a 2nd opinion and within 30 min they had the problem figured out and was not near what the other company said it was. Save our family over $9,000 that didn't even need to be spent because our sewer was not broke it was only a ball of roots

They came out and used the camera to see what was going on with the drain leading from the house to the street. They charged me $150 for this and told me they needed to wait because the ground was frozen. They never came back, I leftover 50 messages. They never responded until I told them I was going to file a complaint. R & B said they would refund my $150 but have yet to do so. It's been over a year since they originally came out. Not a good company. Scammed me, don't let them do it to you!
