    whole house remodel
    $100,000

    Our remodel was a partial insurance claim that we expanded on. Approximate cost was $100K. Overall we managed to get what we wanted.
    The owner was knowledgeable, but some workers were beginners/trainees and the workmanship was amateur at best. Problems and corrections still exist.
    Near the completion of our project the demand for contractors was high and we felt our project was of low importance to them.
