My experience with Dmitriy Levko, owner of R Box Plumbing, was in every way an exceptionally positive experience. My master bathroom toilet was leaking and required immediate attention. Mr. Levko promptly returned my call and much to my relief, he was able to assist me with a same-day appointment. After arriving ahead of time and assessing the leak, Mr. Levko clearly described the problem and provided a very reasonable quote for repairs.
Dmitriy was able to complete repairs in just over an hour, including setup and a complete cleanup of the area. The toilet required some extra fabrications to effect a proper reseat and replacement of the wax ring. I was very appreciative of Dmitriy's special care and extra attention to details. Happily, Dmitriy informed me his work has a 1-year guarantee.
In my opinion, Dmitriy Levko is an excellent and highly-skilled plumber. Mr. Levko's repair plan was smart and comprehensive, his plumbing skills were remarkably masterful and his communications with me were clear, gracious and professional. I have full confidence in Dmitriy Levko and highly recommend R Box Plumbing with full confidence.
