After discussion with the owner in April 2018 and agreement that the project will be done, there has been a lot of requests to delay the project "another 2-3 weeks", for diverse reasons. After about 10 months there was a request for a downpayment of $6000 (to which I agreed, although I did not ask for a written contract), and after about other 5 months the owner decided that he cannot take the contract anymore, and asked me to wait another few days ("until the end of the week") to send me the check. The reason invoked: there are way too many projects and he cannot do them all.
This was a horrible experience! Very unprofessional. -

We had RC Custom do our kitchen. It would take too long to list all the problems we have had with this cabinet maker over 8-9 month period. Poor workmanship, installation, etc. It has been a nightmare with numerous requests to come back and fix problems which consistently kept coming up. We finally had to terminate his services and hire another contractor to finish the work. Very unreliable and not trustworthy.
