I called RC Mechanical on Monday, april 18th, to have my ac unit filled and an estimate for a new unit. He told me he would be out later that day. Around 130pm he texted and told me he wasn’t going to make it and that he could come Wednesday afternoon. So once again I had rearrange my schedule so that I could be free. Come Wednesday, he texted me around 3pm that he was unable to make it AGAIN and how about Thursday? I explained that I worked and had errands and wouldn’t be home until 430 and to please not waste my time again by not coming. He assured me that he would be there Thursday between 5-530pm. Well, He NEVER showed and NEVER texted. I will NEVER use this company because he has total blatant disregard for his customers.

Randy has repaired our AC and replaced our hot water heater and furnace. Honest, prompt and efficient.

Randy is a great HVAC technician and a great guy. He is always very friendly and knows his stuff. He will not try to sell you on something that you do not need and recommends the most cost effective solutions. Randy is prompt and does quality work. I've had a variety of work done and am always happy with the result.

RC Mechanical fixed our air conditioner during the heat wave. We called late at night and he arrived the next day. He was great and very reasonable. We will always call him with problems.
