They higher terrible subcontractors. You better know what's going on because they try to hide issues and refuse to come back for any warranty issues. They tried to not even go with what the engineer put in the plans by putting studs 24 on center and then got mad when I pointed out the plans called for 16 on center. No wall is straight ir plub. Had multiple water leaks and HVAC issues. Did stuff without consulting us like cutting up the original hardwood floors when it wasnt needed just made it easier for them. No communication skills, just tries to bully you. Didnt flash windows or doors. Just a major headache. Avoid them!
