    Bathroom remodel
    $23,000

    I definitely would recommend R Cabral contractor inc. They did a good remodeling job on my bathroom . Repaired my leaky roof, no problem.And did a nice sliding patio door. Job was done on a promised estimate time, wife is happy. Happy Wife Happy life.

    small bathroom refresh

    Rolando came highly recommended for being "meticulous" tho I felt a bit costly. He's done a couple of projects but the last project done just recently turned into a VERY expensive nightmare. He failed to explain a portion of the project which let us w/o a toilet for a day & a half, having an extra expense of a hotel room & relying on the neighbors until he FINALLY got somebody in to finish the bathroom. To top it off, there were a couple of unforseen problems that can up which put the total cost of a simple 5X10 bathroom refresh project about $2,200 over the already high estimated cost. Also, there was paint on the tile & towel bars that didn't get wiped off . I also believe his business practice of personally coming to pick up the money just shy of a week after the project is done is unprofessional. I wasn't privy to the final statement but the estimate wasn't broken down into hours just 1 lg lump sum. Needless to say, this lack of transaction has caused tension in the household & I personally will not recommend Roland.
