    Stained Concrete Basement Floor
    $6,000

Another review of taking Rick to court. R Chase Enterprises, which we paid through his company Elite Concrete Floors. We paid for a stained, self-leveling concrete floor in our basement. First attempt resulted in humps, ridges, and countless air bubbles and craters. He said he would fix this by sanding those areas and applying a microtopping over the entire surface. Second attempt, when the microtopping dried there were shoe prints and multiple rough spots and ridges. Attempt 3, he sanded off the entire microtopping and we discovered the self-leveling floor he had poured had not properly adhered to the slab and 25% of it was cracked and needed removed and patched. He removed some, but not all of the cracked areas, and planned to cover the floor again with a microtopping. I paid for a professional concrete consultation which determined the floor had not been properly prepared and it needed to be fully removed and redone correctly. I am currently seeking a full refund, plus the additional cost to remove the concrete he poured.

    Epoxy garage floor

In August 2018, Rick quoted me $3,000 for epoxy on my 3 car garage floor. He came when he said. Note, I live in the South Hills, which is at least an hours drive. It took 2 days just as he told us, on the 2nd day, he instructed us not to drive on it for a few days, and it is beautiful. We love it, as does other people who have seen it. It’s been 2.5 yrs, and so far, nothing has deteriorated. We do clean up excessive dirty water/ snow.

    Garage Floor Epoxy
    $2,850

*CURRENTLY TAKING RICK TO COURT* R Chase Enterprises, which also goes under the name of Garage Floors & More, and C Chase Enterprises is run by a man named Rick who will take your money not completing the job correctly, and you will never hear from him again. Rather than drag out the entire 5 month ordeal this year from when we had it done, here are the highlights of this man's work ethic and professionalism. Came to Apply new epoxy to garage floor, with agreement to ensure proper draining of water into center floor drain (agreed upon in contract and email) 1st attempt: Not done correctly, too much was put on one side of drain, not enough on the other causing all water to pool in the corner of drain, and not actually drain. Various patches were not clear coated over. Side trim completely missed in spots. 2nd Attempt: Put flake down on parts he missed before, never clear coated these new parts. Attempted to fix parts that were raised before as well as the issue around the drain. 3rd Attempt: He came out to fix the area he did wrong around the drain, sanding/grinding down the area. He put more material down, on one side, and still not enough on the other side. And to finish it off, he clear coated over this area, and the areas he missed before. What did Rick decide to do? HE CLEARCOATED OVER THE DIRT ON THE FLOOR!! Yes, where there was dirt on the floor where he worked, instead of wiping it off with a rag, he clearcoated over the dirt in 6 different spots sealing in the dirt forever, which is immediately noticeable from standing outside the garage. His response? "Well, the garage floor was dirty when I arrived to work on it that day." Yes, obviously as we drive on it, but instead of wiping the areas he was going to clear over, or even asking me to do it, he clearcoated over the dirt that he created from sanding.*We have pictures of everything stated here as well as the 10+ emails that he has not responded to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN
