I thought I was going to have a good experience. The floor looked great after it was installed. However, seven months later there was a loud bang and my ceramic floor had two cracks across the floor. I tried to call them at the number where I previously called them to hire them but they won't return my calls. I got in touch with the flooring company who referred me to him and they too are not able reach the culprits. DO NOT HIRE THEM! If they make good on their warranty I will let you know and retract my statement. But I have been trying to get in touch with them for months.
