Roger Brown was hired by our builder to provide all plumbing services for our house that was built in 2007-08. Mr. Brown used old and dried out plumber's putty which caused the upstairs bathrooms to leak into the downstairs ceilings. Mr. Brown incorrectly installed the master bathroom faucets so that the cold water handle operated the hot water and reverse. Mr. Brown did not know how to install a pot filler faucet which consequently failed within weeks of moving in. His incompetence caused $10,000 of water damage to our cabinets, carpet and wood floors. Conveniently enough, Mr. Brown had let his insurance lapse on his work and failed to take any responsibility for repairs. DO NOT USE R.D. PLUMBING!!

"DO NOT" use this plumber!!!! R.D. Plumbing was hired as a contractor by our home builder Castillo Custom Homes in 1996. WE are now facing Ten's of thousands of $$$ for major gas leak repairs due to this plumbers negligence and incompetence! He did not properly install the gas lines and used the manufactures temporary fittings and did not replace to city codes! I'm surprised my family is still here! over 23 years of slow gas leaks and migraine headaches for years, NOW we know why! I also have issues with the City Inspector passing this "MAJOR" failure to our family home and putting us in harms way and or DEATH! "BEWARE" of R.D. Plumbing!
