In Nov 2019 I have the HVAC in the attic replaced by them. RD Smith has licence #635348 and has office in Foothill Blvd. Rodney is the owner and also owns Rodney Overstreet Plumbing, Heating and AC with license #1015727. I checked on Carrier's web site and he is an Authorized Dealer of Carrier. So I selected him and he and his team did a very professional job. Their price is better than others. Rodney is hands on so he could manage the project well, on time, no hidden cost, and easy to work with. You could discuss with him about your concern, and he cares about the customer (not just the profit), and would resolve it for you. The system is very quiet, (thanks for their good duct- work), efficient, and their teams are very good. I found one concern of a wooden beam and Rodney personally replaced it for me himself immediately. I made a Sales Contract with detail of model number of the system, all works and related side jobs and payment terms. This contract and invoice is also important when you apply for rebate later. I would highly recommend him and wish to share this with other consumers, as in fact it is hard to find a really good contractor.
