I don't know how well they perform in other projects, but for my specific kitchen and floor remodel, I had such a bad experience. Project started in July, and it still was not done by end of November. The floors were initially installed unevenly and it was very visible specially along the front door and the dining area. They did re-do the floors but it caused delay. Also, they left me with no kitchen (no working oven or kitchen sink) for months. The cabinets were also installed unevenly so it needs to be fixed first before countertop installation. My new cabinets had unnecessary and unsightly holes due to careless initial install that had to be moved. The vent was incorrectly installed, causing rain to drip into the kitchen. Luckily it rained at the right time and we were able to see the problem on time so that it can be corrected.
