We had RJA Heating & Air Inc do work for us. I used them before on a smaller job at another house and was satisfied. Then, when I moved to Addis, I needed a complete installation of an AC/Furnace unit. I Yelped them again to make sure that they were still providing great customer service. According to yelp, they were, so I hired them to do a install a complete system. They were thorough, took their time and explained things to me. I was happy.
A year later, 2016, I found out that air conditioning was leaking (Shouldn't be because it's a brand new system), I asked them to come out a repair it. They said that they would need to charge me for it. After convincing them that the air conditioner was less than a year old, they decided not to charge me. They didn't argue with me about it, but for them to even think about it raised my eyebrows a little bit. I asked them why it was leaking. They responded that these things happen.
I'm going to try to give them a benefit of the doubt because the owner is easily approachable and I've spoken with him and he seems like a genuinely nice person.
Their prices are reasonable, but if you are putting your reputation on the line for first time homeowners, I'd tell them to look elsewhere first and if the prices are too high, then contact RJA. My thought if it is something newly installed - it should've been done right. The fact that they were willing to repair it for me and didn't really argue with me gave me a little sense of comfort.
From what I read and heard, they are very reputable company.

showed up at the time set. Took a few minutes to find the correct place to hook up gauges, there was two different places to hook to, found a leak in the Schrader valve, filled and unit works well again, have had different ac guys come out to try and fix, none of them could figure it out. Give this guy a try.
