    Mobile Home Skirting

    R.J. Guerrero and his team installed mobile home skirting for a customer of mine in Pearsall Texas and did a phenomenal job. They were neat, professional, and even allowed us to keep excess material for potential future repairs.

    Poor workmanship and no response to defects

    RJ Guerrero was contracted by my husband and I to work at 823 E. Magnolia Ave. in 2012, and he did a very poor job. We had to redo a lot of the work he did--framing, siding, deck, skirting, and had to pay for more materials due to wasted siding that had to be torn off one whole side of the house. He left the job without fixing things he had promised to do and left without notice. We sent a demand for refund, which he did not reply to. He had gotten a job around the corner on Magnolia Street, and we observed that was also badly done--the owners lived out of town and later commented to me that RJ even tore off a rear section, a room of the house, without consulting or permission.
