Ron put an addition on our home several years ago and did a good job. However, some of the construction equipment badly cracked our neighbor’s sidewalk during the project. Ron assured me (and our neighbors) that he would repair this damage, and I figured he would make good on his word. Once the addition was finished, he never came back and ignored requests to have the sidewalk repaired. This put us in an awkward situation with our neighbors and I guess we’ll have to foot the bill since he lied to us. Very questionable ethics and values.

been a year now since R Jackson (Ron) installed a deck and slider door and still waiting for a replacement for the damaged slider door handle and other issues with the deck !

I would give no stars if possible. Ron Jackson put an addition on my home Oct 2022.. Terrible work at best. Entire addition is out of square, resulting in issues with the shower pan installation. Walked off the job leaving me with a wall to break thru, header to put in, no siding. And a lake in my backyard from shoddy grading. They sprayed concrete on one neighbors truck and another neighbors deck. Broken up concrete side walk. And now wants payment in full. Lol Worst experience of my life. See you in court!
