Extremely frustrated! Endless delays and excuses. We paid Ron $3,000 upfront for a roofing job over 5 weeks ago and he hasn't even started the job yet! He was very nice and professional until he got the money, and we never saw him again since he got the check. He didn't return the phone calls or reply to emails from the city and from us for several days and then found one excuse after another to avoid the work. He talked the city into giving us occupancy before the roof is done. The city has given us 2 weeks to complete the roofing job, and we doubt Ron will ever do it. He had disappeared for 6 days now...
