Agree with above review, Robert Dean provides sub-standard workmanship, lousy paperwork, inferior service and multiple sub contractors complained about being paid and being asked for financial handouts from them for their work. Multiple complaints filed with CLSB and several insurance companies. DO NOT HIRE.

Do not hire. Over charge, under deliver, can not meet deadlines, poor paperwork, incomplete permits, terrible communication, sub standard construction, theft of Owners personal property, sub contractors return after job for monies he never paid, Robert Dean is being investigated by Contractors License Board.

I agree with the previous reviews. Robert is a crook. Not only did he do a substandard job he screwed a poor widow lady out of 20K. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Sadly the architect referred him to the job.
